Welcome to the Simplie Indie Community! I’m very excited that our new site is finally operational. The Simplie Indie team has worked hard to bring you this online community. What started out as a simple idea to help aspiring authors self-publish inexpensively has grown into a place where independent authors and musicians everywhere can sell their entire product catalog in what will become the most complete resource for independent artists on the internet.

Our mission is to empower the independent artist in the achievement of their creative dream. The key to making that a reality is understanding what your personal goals and dreams are. Some of you want to make a career as a full-time author or musician. Others of you pursue your creative interests as a hobby. Whatever your creative goals are, my team and I will do our best to help you realize those goals.

My dream is to inspire “Indies” everywhere to dream about the possibilities and then empower them to act on those dreams so they can become realities.

Now is the perfect time to be an independent artist. Technology has brought about a media revolution. The major networks, record labels, and publishing houses no longer control the flow of new content from artist to fan. The personal computer and internet have made it possible for all of us to get our art (product) to our fans. This is truly an amazing opportunity.

To help facilitate this we have created a special online community just for you. If you are an author, musician, filmmaker (coming soon), industry or related industry professional (i.e. publishers, agents, editors, illustrators, graphic artists, web developers, recording engineers, etc), this community is for you.

This community was created as a place for you to network/connect with other like-minded artists and related industry professionals. Get answers to your questions in the forums. Connect with professionals that can help you produce a professional quality product. Get feedback on current projects from other artists. Whatever you need, we’re here!

The forum is also a great place to give us suggestions on how we can make your experience with us better and what tools you would like to be made available to help you with your artistic creations.
