Book Submission covers the cost of listing your book on the Simplie Indie store. Book Submission includes one title in any or all of the three possible formats — ebook, paperback, and hardcover — that you decide to produce. It's so easy: for $25 you can sell your book online.

CD Submission

CD Submission covers the cost of listing your album on the Simplie Indie store. CD Submission includes one album in any or all of the three possible formats — CD, digital download, and ringtone — that you decide to produce. It's so easy: for $25 you can sell your music online.

You need to purchase a separate CD Submission for each album that you wish to sell online.

Merchandise Setup

Merchandise Setup is a one-time fee that covers all merchandise, other than your music, that you want to sell through the online store. You can add items at any time in the future with no additional fees. Go ahead and get wild — would your listeners enjoy a T-shirt, poster, apparel, or sheet music that promotes your music?

You will never need to pay this fee again.

Bar Code

A bar code is required by virtually all retailers because it allows price and ISBN information to be optically scanned; however, Simplie Indie does not require you to use a bar code.

ISBN + Bar Code Package

A $75 value, the ISBN + Bar Code Package includes an ISBN (a unique code for every edition of every book) and a bar code (price and ISBN information in machine-scannable form). Simplie Indie does not require either an ISBN or a bar code, but many other stores and retailers do. When you purchase an ISBN, your book is automatically registered with Bowker, the company responsible for maintaining the Books in Print database.

Product Submission, Shipping & Delivery – Simplie Indie™ a Division of Prismatic Entertainment, Inc

Submission Details

It is your responsibility as an author or musician to provide to us your product that you wish to sell. Initially send us 5 copies of your product that you wish to sell. However, if you wish to reduce future shipping charges you are welcome to ship more than 5 copies of your product. It is your responsibility to let us know how many of your product you are sending to us so we can be sure we have received everything intended to be warehoused.

Right now there is no cap on how much we will inventory for you and no charge for excess inventory. If, however, you wish to have your product returned to you it is your responsibility to cover the shipping charge for the return of unsold product.

Shipping Choices & Cost

When shipping product to us, Simplie Indie recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all deliveries and (2) either insure your package for safe arrival to Simplie Indie or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

Simplie Indie is not responsible for product that does not arrive or is damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. However, the final decision is always up to you.

• Simplie Indie is not responsible for typographical errors. Simplie Indie reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Simplie Indie online submission store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
• Simplie Indie reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale on the Simplie Indie online Store at any time.
• To the extent permitted by law, all sales on the Simplie Indie online store are governed by California law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
